We collect information directly from you when you sign up, post, respond, message, or contact us. We also collect some information automatically as you use the site, and we may receive verification information from third parties when a business joins as a Pro.

• To run AskHole: create your account, show your requests and offers, and let people message each other.
• To keep the platform safe: verify Pros, prevent fraud and abuse, and act on reports.
• To communicate with you: confirmations, account and service messages, and support replies.

When we share it

We share the information needed for AskHole to work. When you post or respond, the relevant details are visible to the other party (you can post a request anonymously to limit what is shown while offers come in). We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect people or the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

How we store and protect it

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it for the purposes above, or to meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Children

AskHole is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Making a complaint
